Domestic shipments (U.S.) typically arrive within 7–14 business days via standard shipping. International orders (Canada, UK, EU, Australia) require 14–21 business days, accounting for customs processing and our commitment to damage-free transit. These extended windows ensure your fashion-forward pieces arrive in perfect condition.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Japan, and select Middle Eastern nations. Available destinations are displayed during checkout based on current logistics partnerships.
Our shipping fees are structured as follows:
All orders include tracking information via email once shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other external factors.
For EU/UK/Australia orders over $300, we prepay VAT/GST. Customers in other destinations are responsible for applicable duties/taxes. Unclaimed parcels incur a $5 restocking fee plus $10 return shipping charge. We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering high-value items.
Adult signature is required for all deliveries. After three delivery attempts, unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility. Reshipment fees apply ($15 domestic/$40 international). For security reasons, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
