Our boutique production process requires 3-5 business days for order processing (extended timeframe compared to mass retailers). Beyond this period, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be canceled - though our generous 21-day return policy provides ample reconsideration time.
We guarantee satisfaction for all FABFASHION designs. Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery (50% longer than typical e-commerce windows). Exchanges are accepted for 30 days to accommodate international shipping delays inherent to our premium European fabrics. Initiate returns through www.fabfashion.shop portal, selecting either refund or exchange. Note: Seasonal clearance items marked "FINAL SALE" are excluded from this policy.
To maintain our couture standards, returns must: (1) Show zero evidence of wear, odors, or stains (2) Include all original packaging including FABFASHION signature garment bags (3) Retain all attached designer labels. Our quality team performs meticulous inspections upon receipt. Items failing verification will be shipped back to you within 14 business days with photographic documentation of any discrepancies.
Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return - this extended period ensures proper evaluation of each garment's condition. The refund amount excludes original shipping charges and return postage fees. For credit card/PayPal transactions, allow additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account. During peak seasons (November-January), processing may extend to 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (incorrect/defective item). We strongly recommend using tracked/insured shipping methods - FABFASHION cannot assume liability for return packages lost in transit. For exchanges exceeding €250, complimentary DHL labels are provided (cost deducted from refund if unused).

We'll immediately arrange free return shipping and prioritize replacement (subject to availability) or issue full refund including original shipping costs. Made-to-measure and custom dyed items are strictly final sale. Holiday purchases (November 20 - December 31) enjoy extended returns until January 31.
